Victorinox Floral Knife Garden Knife, very sharp and very handy knife when working with plants.

The Victorinox Floral Knife, as the name suggests, is a knife intended for pruning flowers and plants. The model is simply called a flower knife, but is also known as a pruner, pruning knife, grafting knife, budding knife.

The handles are made of durable nylon (polyamide) with a matte surface and a slightly more textured surface than what is usually associated with a Victorinox knife. This handle provides a bit more grip than a highly polished handle.

The stainless steel blade is a classic sheepsfoot blade, which is very good if you want to make a very straight cut. The blade is only ground on one side (chisel-ground/single-bevel). This grind provides an incredibly sharp edge, the same principle as a scissor blade.
