Keeping your gear organized is crucial! With an EDC organizer, you not only stay organized – you protect your items from wear and tear and avoid rattling. You know exactly where your things are, and as long as you have your organizer with you, you have everything you packed.

Maxpedition Organizers for EDC

Maxpedition Organizers for EDC are something we have tested for many years – they are a part of our own Everyday Carry and daily life.

These pouches come in a good range of sizes. Here we have listed their organizers (sometimes also referred to as pouch/pouches) from smallest to largest:

Micro – the smallest size, perfect for a jacket pocket, cargo pocket, or back jeans pocket. Holds everyday EDC items such as a pocket knife, pry bar, pen, and small flashlight.

Mini – still in such a handy format that it fits in a pocket. Has a MOLLE panel on the back and a strap with a carabiner for a key ring or USB stick.

E.D.C – best suited for a bag or a sturdy jacket pocket. Slightly longer than the Mini – works for a medium-sized flashlight, knife, pen, and passport.

Fatty – from Fatty onwards, the pouches are deeper and work for thicker flashlights and gear on both sides. Same format as E.D.C. but with greater depth and a MOLLE panel. Has a strap with a carabiner on the inside.

Skinny – essentially the same as Fatty but slightly narrower. Has a MOLLE panel and D-ring on the inside for attaching things with a carabiner or paracord.

Beefy – the second-largest EDC organizer, for those who want to carry a lot of gear. Works best in a bag or on a MOLLE panel, also perfect for home storage. D-ring on the inside.

Chubby – the largest organizer with a Velcro panel on one inner wall. Designed to carry a couple of small items but primarily to secure a larger item. Popular among sport shooters who want to lock the zippers with a small padlock.
