Victorinox Alox Pioneer, a true Victorinox classic and gentleman's knife in 93mm format!

The largest knife in the classic Alox series is the Pioneer, a proper gentleman's knife that solves everyday problems all the way from the city to the camping trip. The ribbed surface of the handles not only provides a fantastic look but also offers an excellent grip when wearing gloves or when it's damp.

The Pioneer is a touch larger than the immensely popular Cadet model, a difference that may not be the most decisive factor for a purchase. Besides a couple of extra millimeters in size (9 to be exact), the main difference between the Pioneer and the Cadet is that each knife has a tool that the other lacks:
* The Pioneer has an awl/punch with a needle eye
* The Cadet has a nail file with a nail cleaner
