QSP Mini Penguin Dark Brown 14C28N Micarta – mini version of the legendary Penguin!

Mini Penguin, the knife we've been waiting for ever since the Penguin made itself at home in everyone's EDC rotation!

Sober, stylish, and discreet dark brown micarta makes this a truly proper EDC knife!

So, it wasn't particularly unexpected that this variant would come in a mini version, but oh so welcome! But it's not easy to make an already insanely good knife even better – that's one thing that is at least certain when talking about the blockbuster Penguin! But there were a couple of points that could be experimented with (besides the size), so said and done:

QSP Knife Mini Penguin Dark Brown VS upgrades from the original

The steel has now been upgraded to the Swedish Sandvik 14C28N with HRC 59-61. To make an already excellent action even smoother, the knife is now equipped with ceramic bearings. The handle is made of durable micarta, a material that only gets more attractive the more it is used.

Handling and locking

Easy one-handed opening with a thumb stud that works for both right and left-handed users. Usage is made even safer with a stable liner lock, and jimping on the blade spine provides excellent control. The Penguin is equipped with a removable deep carry clip made of stainless steel and has a sturdy hole for paracord/lanyard.
