Böker Plus Sanjo Tanto - modern folding knife with Japanese influences

With Japanese influences, French knife designer Guy Poggetti created the Böker Plus Sanjo. The Sanjo is a modern knife made of modern materials with traditional Japanese elements in a perfect symbiosis, often referred to as neo-Japanese style.

The knife blade is made from a truly reliable long-standing favorite when it comes to knife steel – VG-10. The tanto blade has been given a stylish satin finish that truly plays well with both its shape and the rest of the knife's materials. The blade opens with a front flipper, and to make it really smooth, it rests on ball bearings for quick and easy opening and closing. When open, the blade is locked by a robust stainless steel liner lock.

The handles and backspacer are made of jute micarta

The handles and backspacer of the Böker Plus Sanjo Tanto are made of jute micarta. This gives a very traditional look while being a modern and very durable material that only gets more beautiful the more it is used. Robust and proper, a removable clip that also has a nice stonewash finish. The knife is carried tip-up. Comes with a sturdy nylon sheath with a strong zipper.
