Spyderco Para Military 2, PM2 Camo – an immortal classic in CPM S45VN steel and G10 handle!

The Spyderco classic often referred to simply as PM2. A large and robust EDC knife that continues to hold a strong top position when it comes to EDC knives in general and Spyderco knives. It's not hard to understand why it's many people's first choice once you get it in your hand – this is a versatile folding knife that gets the job done.

Blade steel and one-handed opening

Like many of Spyderco's finer knives, the blade is made from CPM S45VN steel. A stainless steel that holds its edge exceptionally well for a long time. The spine of the knife features a serrated pattern, often called jimping in the knife world. Jimping provides a good grip when cutting and supports the thumb or index finger against the base of the knife's spine.

The iconic "spydie hole" makes opening the blade quick and smooth – suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users. When open, the blade is locked with the very stable and smooth compression lock located on the side of the handle's spine. The lock makes work safer and prevents the blade from accidentally folding during use. It also allows for quick and neat one-handed closing of the knife – or flicking the blade open by holding down the lock button.

Handle and clip

The handles are made of G10, a very durable composite material with a textured surface for good grip – especially with gloves. Each knife's camo pattern is completely unique, in a digicamo style.

A stainless steel clip can be moved to all four corners of the knife so that it can be carried exactly as desired. If no clip is desired, it can, of course, be unscrewed. If you want to attach a lanyard or tether, there is a through-hole reinforced with a eyelet.
