A ladybug that is anything but small and friendly, quite the opposite!
This is a minimal hawkbill with serrated teeth - probably the nastiest thing made in this minimal format!

Spyderco Ladybug 3 SALT - H2 steel blade

Much of the best in the knife world is made in Seki City, Japan. The blade of the Spyderco Ladybug 3 SALT is made from the very corrosion-resistant H2 steel. H2 steel is what makes the knife part of Spyderco's SALT series. SALT knives are suitable for use in water, fresh or salt.

Hawkbill and SpyderEdge

With its serrated and curved blade, this is one of the most effective tools for cutting ropes, lines, and hawsers. To say it's sharp is an understatement - this is a friendly but firm warning - THIS IS AN INCREDIBLY SHARP KNIFE!

One-hand opening and a very stable backlock secure the blade in the open position. Jimping on the spine provides excellent grip, and of course, there's a hole for paracord/lanyard or a keyring!

Handle and carrying

The handle is made of FRN, an excellent material for knife handles. FRN consists of fiberglass-reinforced nylon, which provides very low weight but is very durable.
