Just like its larger cousins, this is actually a really robust prying tool with a bunch of functions and uses. Made of titanium, a light but very durable material that does not oxidize or patina with oxygen.

Maratac 4" Ti Hooligan Tool - a really small crowbar

The basic concept is a very small crowbar designed simply to pry things open. There is also a pointed spike designed for hammering things in, such as a lock cylinder. On the same part as the spike, there is a narrower prying part that is easier to insert into cracks than the more robust crowbar part.
