With Böker Solingen Threadlocker, you ensure that your screws stay more securely in place.
Some screws aren't perfectly secure, and that's something you want to avoid when you need to rely on optimal performance. More or less all knives come with some form of threadlocker from the factory. If you remove the screw, this will completely or partially disappear, so it's good to have a bottle of threadlocking fluid/compound on hand.

How to use Böker Solingen Threadlocker

Using it is very simple: apply a small amount to the screws and tighten them. Allow to dry at room temperature for six hours to achieve maximum curing. Once the threadlocker is dry, it can withstand temperatures from -60 up to +150 °C.

Perfect for the screws on your knife and also its clip, which is a part that moves and wiggles back and forth a lot.

Tips when loosening tight screws

A tip if you have very tight screws that won't loosen is not to force them. Doing so risks damaging both the screw and the screwdriver. Instead, you can heat the screw with a soldering iron. The heat causes the metal to expand, and when it then cools, it will be significantly easier to unscrew the screw.
