Böker Plus DW-1 - small but a true workhorse

The DW-1 is the smallest knife Chad Los Banos designed for Böker, but despite its size, this is a real workhorse! Being able to have a small but reliable folding knife for the day's big and small challenges is precisely what EDC is all about. This is a great choice for those who are not comfortable with a larger knife but still want to have a knife close at hand.

AUS-8 blade with thumb stud and jimping

The blade on the Böker Plus DW-1 is made of AUS-8, an affordable and reliable rust-resistant steel that is easy to sharpen. Easy to deploy with one hand using its stainless steel thumb stud. Jimping on the spine provides even more control and grip when working.

Framelock and clip

The front handle is made of Zytel with a textured surface that provides good grip whether you're wearing gloves or not. The back handle is made of stainless steel, and this is where we find the integrated framelock – a very reliable lock that significantly increases safety. A through-hole allows you to attach a lanyard or keyring. The tip-up clip is also made of stainless steel and is easy to unscrew for an even slimmer carry.
