Finally, a really smart and convenient solution for both storing and carrying your paracord on your adventures. Carrying paracord is always a good idea, but it can be a bit tricky when you have to carry a whole skein. The risk of it getting tangled is quite high. But with Ready Rope, you not only carry your paracord neatly – Atwood has really thought this through!

Micro Cord is a thinner line that is 1.18 mm thick and has a tensile strength of a full 45 kilograms!

Built-in storage and razor blade

The base of the holder is made of very durable plastic, with a hollow container at its core. It's based on an oval shape the same size as a BIC Mini lighter – very clever! You can insert a fire steel, fishing hook, a small first aid kit, a flashlight, or whatever else you might need. The space is kept closed with a lid that has a small hole where you can tie a string so you don't lose it.

At the other end is a well-protected razor blade that allows you to quickly cut off exactly the length of paracord needed. Once you've taken the piece, you clamp the paracord in the small cord holder so it stays secure.

Reusable holder

Once you've used all the included paracord (38 meters of Microcord), simply wind on a new skein that you can buy here in the shop.
