The Kwik Thumb Stud is as simple as it is absolutely ingenious; it gives you a thumb stud on a knife that didn't originally come with one!
Sometimes you might wish your favorite knife had simple one-handed opening instead of a nail nick. It might seem very complicated to solve... but it's not!
Installation is easy; with the included tool, you clamp the thumb opening stud onto the knife blade.
Voila, you have a knife you can open with one hand instead of using the nail nick, which many find cumbersome.

Two designs and two different materials

The Kwik Thumb Stud comes in a couple of different materials and two designs. The classic thumb stud is available in brass and stainless steel. The slightly longer model is called a bar. The bar is made of brass and comes in two different sizes.
